We live in inconceivable times. Wonderful plays, premieres, shows, competitions, concerts, festivals, exhibitions, and so on have been cancelled. This is a major blow for the entire sector.

As a consumer, you are always entitled to a refund of the ticket price. However, the current coronacrisis means that the financial impact is so big for the sector that theaters, clubs, museums, venues, organizers, etc., could go bankrupt, should everyone with a ticket reclaim their money. In consultation with, among others, the various trade associations in the cultural sector, the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets, a scheme has been drafted which offers solutions for this exceptional situation.

Every theater, venue, festival, organizer, monument, museum or concert hall upholds the same policy with regard to restitution. If an event cannot be rescheduled, or if you cannot go on the alternative date, you will be given the opportunity to requesting a refund for your ticket(s).

Why isn't OH MY! Music Festival taking place this year?

In the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic the Dutch government decided to prohibit all major events up until September 1. Because of these measures the summer of 2020 will be a summer without OH MY! Music festival. We will return on 17th July 2021.

What are the possibilities regarding my ticket(s)?

If you bought tickets for Oh My! Music festival! 2020 you have receivde an email from us:

1. Your ticket will stay valid for next year
All tickets that you have purchased will stay valid for next year. Additional tickets like tokens and parking tickets will also stay valid. With this option you are guaranteed a ticket for Oh My! 2021 that will take place next year.

2. You want a restitution of your purchase
This is possible, in this case you ask for a restitution of your purchase. The purchased amount + service fee of your ticket(s) will be transferred to your account in August 2021. Please check www.saveyourticket.nl for more information.

Will additional ticket like parking ticket stay valid?

Yes, additional tickets like parking tickets, shuttlebus tickets and train tickets will stay valid for 2021. If you are not able to visit on the new dates it’s also possible to exchange your tickets for credit that you can use to buy new OH MY! Tickets. You can also cancel your entire order. Ticketbuyers will receive an e-mail soon.

Will the same artist perform in 2021?

No, we are dependent on the touring schedules and availability of the artists in 2021. This means the line up for OH MY! 2021 will be different. This doesn’t mean that artists booked for this year will not perform at next years edition. Later this year we will update our website with the acts that will perform next year at OH MY! 2021.

Will booked hotels be refunded?

If you booked a hotel package through Paylogic, it will be cancelled for this year. You will need to rebook a hotel if you are attending OH MY! 2021. If you have booked a hotel yourself you will need to contact the Hotel chain where you booked your trip. Unfortunately we cannot help you with this.

I bought my ticket via another channel than Paylogic, what now?

We only handle the sale of tickets via Paylogic and Festicket (including Ticket Arena) which are our official ticket partners. Every ticketbuyer will get a e-mail with the options accordingly to where they purchased their ticket. If you purchased your ticket through a non authorized third-party seller, we unfortunately can’t help you and advise you to contact them directly.

Can I buy a ticket for OH MY! 2021?

Yes, festival tickets and additional tickets for OH MY! 2021 are directly available via ohmymusic.eu/tickets. Later this year we will update our website with the line up for OH MY! Music Festival 2021.
